Refund Policy

We accept returns on custom Sacred Kaliper prints. If you’re unhappy with your custom gauge, we ask that you allow us to redo the print for you. The buyer pays return shipping for the original item, and the seller covers the shipping cost of the replacement gauge.

If you’re still not satisfied with the reprint, you may return the item. Once we receive it, the seller will refund 75% of the original purchase price, plus the cost of shipping from the original order.

All custom prints—whether it is the first print or a reprint—are subject to a partial refund. This reflects the fact that custom prints cannot be resold or reused.
